How can I make changes to my CORECOLOUR order?

Please email us for assistance at hello@corecolour.com.au for Australian and New Zealand purchases, or hello@corecolour.com for US/Global purchases.

 

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

You should receive a confirmation email in your inbox once you have successfully checked out.

 

How long will it take for dispatch?

Orders without made to order products are processed within 24 hours and then dispatched. If the orders are placed over the weekend or on a public holiday they will be dispatched on the next business day.

Orders with made to order products are processed within 2 - 3 business days and then dispatched.

 

What are CORECOLOUR’s shipping time frames?

    What payment methods does CORECOLOUR accept?

    We accept ApplePay, ShopPay, PayPal, Google Pay, AfterPay, Union Pay, Mastercard and Visa.

     

    Does CORECOLOUR accept AMEX Gift Card / Visa Gift card?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept AMEX Gift Card and Visa Gift Card at this time.

     

    Does CORECOLOUR have special offers & discount codes?

    Yes! Follow our socials @corecolourofficial to stay up to date with promotions and discount codes.

     

    Am I able to stack discount codes?


    Yes! You’re able to stack your discounts codes!

    Yes, we accept PayPal.

     

    Shipping

    How long does CORECOLOUR take to ship my order?

    We will send your tracking details via email once we ship your goodies out, or you can always register an account and come back to check your order status.

     

    Does CORECOLOUR offer free shipping internationally?

    No, CORECOLOUR does not offer free shipping on international orders.

     

    Where does CORECOLOUR ship from?

    Our products are shipped from our Australia and US warehouses.
     

    How much is shipping?

    Does CORECOLOUR offer express shipping?

    Yes we do!
     

    I have not received my order even though the estimated delivery time has passed. What should I do?

    Returns & Exchanges

    I want to return an item. How can I do it?

    At CORECOLOUR, we want you to love our products as much as we do.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return them within 10 business days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

    Before you return your purchase, please contact us at hello@corecolour.com.au and include the following details:

    • Order number
    • Date of purchase
    • Reasons of return
    • A photo/video of the products you want to return

    We will do our best to solve your problem and contact you with further details.

    Please note that we are not responsible for products returned without contacting us.

    We only accept returned items when they are:

    • Unused and still in its original packaging with the protective stickers on
    • In the same condition as when it was received including all accessories, manuals and documentation

     

    Are returns free?

    Please note that our refund will not cover the shipping and handling fees for return and exchange

     

    What is CORECOLOUR’S return address?

    Can I return a product with Personalisation?

    We cannot accept returned items when they are:

    • Customized/personalized products
    • Damaged from mishandling

     

    Is it possible to return several orders in one same package?

    • A photo/video of the products you want to return

    How do I know if CORECOLOUR has received my return?

    Warranty

    How long is the CORECOLOUR warranty and what does it cover?

    At CORECOLOUR, we want you to love our products as much as we do.

    We offer you this 12 MONTHS manufacturer’s warranty for all our products from the date of purchase.

    Our warranty will cover any defects in materials, manufacture or workmanship under normal use. If you believe you received a product that did not meet CORECOLOUR’s standards, we are happy to replace your malfunctioning products.

    Our warranty strictly does not cover any damage to the product resulting from:

    • Accident
    • Failure to follow the product instructions
    • General wear and tear
    • Improper usage of the product
    • Unauthorized alteration or modification

    CORECOLOUR has no liability for any damage or destruction to your devices that are contained inside the products.

    If you believe you have received a product with defects in functions or materials, please send your claim to hello@corecolour.com.au

    To better help you resolve the problem, please include the following details in the email:

    • A photo/video of the defective product
    • Order Number

    We will do our best to solve your problem and contact you with further details. Please note that we are not responsible for products returned without contacting us.

    We want to make better products for you in the future! So please keep your defective product and send it back to us for exchange or refund.

    If you purchased CORECOLOUR products in-store, please bring the defective product back to the original place of purchase for an exchange or refund.
